By Car - Take the M55 junction 4 and follow signs for the A5230. - From South Shore head left to St Annes on the B5261. - At the 2nd roundabout turn right onto dual carriageway, Progress Way, for 2.5 miles (4 km). - Turn left onto Clifton Drive. - Continue for approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) and then turn right onto Lightburn Avenue. The hotel is located at the end of the road on the right. By Air Blackpool Squires Gate Airport is (3 miles) 5 km away. By Public Transport The nearest major train and bus stations are at St Anne’s, which is 0.6 miles (1 km) away.

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
