All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Persons smoking in the room will incur a charge per night, applied directly to the credit or debit card used to make the reservation, and asked to vacate the hotel. No refunds will be given. The Waldorf does not accept large same-sex groups or stag and hen parties. The Waldorf reserves the right to cancel these reservations and to charge your credit or debit card with the entire cost of that reservation.
