Peckforton Castle is the realisation of the dreams of one man: Lord Tollemache, MP for Cheshire. He built Britain's grandest folly between 1844 and 1851. Standing atop a wooded hillside, its dramatic silhouette can be seen for miles across Cheshire. Today it is a magnificent grade 1 listed building, architecturally recognised as the UK's truest representation of a medieval castle.

By car:
- Exit the M56 at junction 10 and follow signs for the A49 for Whitchurch.
- Pass Beeston Castle, the cattle market on your right and take your next right turn, signposted Peckforton Castle.

How to Book

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
