Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

"We were told we could book a table for 8.30 but did not get served until 9.30. Manager compensated with free drinks. The rooms were freezing - radiators not working, inadequate bedclothes. In the morning the chef never turned up, we were in a hurry to get away so could not have cooked breakfast, asked for croissants but staff unable to find them and provided toast instead. The grapefruit juice was bad. When booking, I requested an early breakfast so that we could leave by 8am. That request was ignored. Eventually we got away by 8.30 - would have asked for bill reduction but not enough time to pursue that avenue. Some of the staff were helpful."
