By car: - Leave the M4 at junction 33, taking the A 4232 signposted Cardiff. - After several miles take the 4th exit signposted Techniquest. - Take the 1st left (Adelaide Street), then turn left again. Century Wharf is on the right side of Dumballs Road. There is parking at the apartments.

How to Book

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: All rooms are non-smoking. Check-in instructions: Identification in the form of a photo ID driving license or a passport will be required at check-in. We do ask for you to indicate on your booking your estimated time of arrival. Please include names of all guests, full post code and house number of the person making the booking, as this is a compulsory requirement. Our insurance policy does not cover any accidental damage caused by the guest. Please ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Cardiff Apartments cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of or damage to contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Acts or defaults caused by 3rd parties are strictly the liability and responsibility of the guest. We shall take full payment on receipt of the booking. A charge of 3.75% is levied for all credit cards. However, there is no charge for debit cards. Cardiff Serviced Apartments require payment in full prior to guests' arrival at the apartments.
