By Train:
From Birmingham New Street (700 metres / 0.4 miles):
- If on foot, exit New Street Station from the Victoria Square entrance/exit.
- Turn left at exit and walk down Navigation Street, crossing over the pedestrian crossing at the junction with Hill Street.
- Continue down Navigation Street and walk under the Suffolk Street Queensway Road bridge.
- Turn left onto Royal Mail Street and walk down past the side of The Mailbox onto Severn Street.
- This will lead you to Commercial Street, where The Spires are situated.

How to Book
Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
