By Air: - London Stansted Airport is approximately 28 miles from the hotel By Rail: - Cambridge is on the main lines from London Kings Cross and London Liverpool Street. - The Regent Hotel is situated about 1/2 a mile from the station and is served by regular buses and taxis. By Bus: - Cambridge's main bus station, Drummer Street, is only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Parking: - The hotel has no car park, but parking is permitted opposite, on a single yellow line, between 19:00 and 07:00 (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday. - At the rear of the hotel (Regent Terrace) you can park from 18:30 to 08:30 (Monday to Saturday) and all day Sunday. - The Queen Anne Terrace pay and display car park is suitable for parking outside these hours.

You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Please state your preference for a double or twin when making a booking. Although we cannot guarantee the room type we will try to accommodate your request. Other than the facilites listed below, standard double/twin rooms come with high-speed internet access and an LCD TV.

As well as the features of standard rooms, the executive rooms are considerably larger and have views of the famous Parker's Piece. Further little touches such as bathrobes, and a complimentary basket of fresh fruit and mineral water are also included. Other than the facilites listed below, these rooms come with high-speed internet access and an LCD TV. Executive rooms can also accommodate up to 4 people by using the double sofa bed. Extra guests will be charged at GBP 10 per person per night.
