From the airport or Glasgow m8, follow the a8 to city centre until you reach the West End of Princes Street. Turn right into Lothian road and first left into Kingstables Road. Follow the road to the Grassmarket and turn left. The hotel is situated at the end of the Grassmarket and on the corner of Victoria Street. Car Parking is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

"Based on first floor (Room 104) so street noise level in late evening always evident. That said, we were aware of this prior to booking via previous guest feedback. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay. Breakfasts were great (had worst at higher star hotels) and staff attitudes and service excellent. Will be back!!!(to quote Arnie)."

"Wenn man sich die Stadt anschauen will und nur ein Bett braucht ist dieses Hotel in Ordnung. Es ist Zentral gelegen und auch der Grassmaket selber bietet Abends eine gute Pup's in denen man auch gut essen kann.Von Hier aus fahren auch die Busse für die Stadtrundfahrt ab."
